Clementina Bianchi is back where they started - the Titan city of New Penzance - with a vengeance. Determined to prove themself, Clem has started a new type of job for Strelitzia, whose plans to rebel against the city's entertainment-obsessed elite edges closer to its climax. The closer Clem gets to those plans, the blurrier the line gets between job and passion - and between luck and fate.
